FAQs

How long do your waffles stay fresh?

All waffles are made fresh on the morning of dispatch. Each package is prepared carefully to ensure you get the best quality on delivery. Wafflepop boxes are ready to eat (or 20 seconds in the microwave) and the DIY box comes with full reheating instructions and should be eaten within 5 days

Where do you deliver?

We offer Nationwide deliveries within the UK and ONLY on Fridays.

Standard Delivery is £4.95.

Special next day guarantee is £11.85

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We offer a next-day fully tracked courier service for all waffle orders, just order before 12pm on Thursdays and then wait for your waffles to arrive straight to your door the next-day!

Majority of our parcels arrive on time, we advise a 1-2 day delivery window in case of any transit delays with our couriers (but don’t worry we package our waffles to help keep them fresh in case of any delays).

Can I add extra toppings to the DIY Box?

A 'Create Your Sweetness Box' is coming soon and you can choose your waffle and topping quantity. We are also working on a 'Build a box' option where you can choose your preferred wafflepops aside to our signatures.

I missed my delivery what should I do?

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Sometimes it might be left in a safe place or taken back by the courier to try the next day. Full tracking of your order is available once dispatched and picked up by the courier.

My order hasn't arrived, what happens next?

If your order hasn’t arrived on your requested delivery date, we would advise checking the status of your order via your tracking link provided by the courier. If your order is still in a depot, please wait until the following day to get in touch as there may have been a delay in transit and your order may be delivered the following day. If your order is showing that it has been delivered but the delivery image doesn’t look like it is in the right place, please contact the courier straight away as they may be able to arrange a driver to recollect and deliver your order to you the same day. Can I cancel my order?

Any cancellation MUST be done within 30 minutes of the order or 2 days before dispatch whichever is the soonest. After this, your order will be processed and delivered.

What are your allergen and dietary guidance?

All waffles are not suitable for those who have the following requirements: gluten, dairy, vegan free diets.

Our ingredients contain: wheat, milk, egg and may contain traces of nuts due to the environment we prepare in.

I have a special event and want to make a bespoke order, what can I do?

If you need waffles for an event or for your company, please send us an email: hello@thewaffleworkshop.com providing all necessary information (event date, event type, colour theme and waffle quantity).

We are able to accept larger orders through the week given enough notice. Please note that the minimum spend is £100.
